Each time you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits information to the server, which is temporarily stored in a log file:
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The data processing serves our legitimate interest in the smooth establishment of a connection and the convenient use of the website.
When you contact us by email or via our contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, enquiry) is stored to process your request and in case follow-up questions arise. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR.
In the course of handling a mandate, personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and in conjunction with the professional duties of attorneys.
Your personal data is only transferred to third parties if you have expressly consented, the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or there is a statutory obligation to do so.
Technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site are used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Optional external services are only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. In doing so, your IP address, among other data, may be transmitted to the respective provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR; you can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
For online appointment scheduling we embed the Microsoft Bookings calendar as an iframe on our contact page and inside the chat assistant. Opening the calendar establishes a connection to Microsoft servers and transmits your IP address. The details you enter in the calendar (name, email address, phone number where applicable and your enquiry) are processed by us in order to prepare and hold the scheduled appointment.
Microsoft Bookings is part of our own Microsoft 365 tenant; Microsoft acts as our processor on the basis of a data processing agreement. Booking is therefore not a consent-based third-party service; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Any transfer to third countries takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in the Microsoft privacy statement.
We display the ProvenExpert review seal on our pages. This loads a script from the provider and transmits your IP address to ProvenExpert. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in transparently presenting our customer reviews (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Provider: Expert Systems AG, Berlin, Germany.
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations remain.
To exercise your rights, please contact [email protected].
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data. The competent authority is:
